  • All product prices are listed in INR and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless mentioned otherwise.

4. Orders & Payment

  • All orders placed are subject to acceptance and availability.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

  • Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and COD (where available).

  • In case of payment failure, your order will not be confirmed.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We deliver across India through trusted courier partners.

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and product availability.

  • Shipping details and tracking information will be shared via email/SMS after order confirmation.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

  • Products can be returned or exchanged under specific conditions (defective, wrong item, or size mismatch).

  • Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags intact.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
