📦 Delivery Coverage

We ship across all serviceable pin codes in India via our trusted courier partners. Whether you’re in a metro city or a remote town, we strive to ensure timely delivery of every Truecops order.

⏱ Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metros & Tier 1 Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Tier 2 & 3 Cities / Rural Areas: 5–7 business days

  • Custom or Pre-Order Items: May take 7–10 business days

Note: Delivery timelines may vary due to location, public holidays, weather conditions, or logistical delays.

💸 Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all orders above ₹499

  • For orders below ₹499, a nominal shipping charge will be displayed at checkout.

📍 Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS with a tracking number and link to follow your shipment status in real-time.

You can also track your order anytime from your My Account > Orders section.

📦 Packaging & Dispatch

  • All Truecops products are carefully packed using secure and tamper-evident materials to ensure safe delivery.

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days from our warehouse.

🚫 Undelivered Orders

If a shipment is undelivered due to:

  • Incorrect shipping address

  • Unreachable customer

  • Multiple failed delivery attempts

The product will be returned to us. Our team will reach out to reschedule the delivery or initiate a refund (after deducting applicable shipping and handling charges).

🌐 International Shipping

Currently, Truecops only ships within India. For bulk or international procurement inquiries, please contact our support team directly.

❗ Delayed or Lost Packages

If your order is delayed beyond the expected time or marked delivered but not received, please contact us within 48 hours for assistance. We’ll coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue promptly.
