At Truecops, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. Our Refund and Cancellation Policy is designed to offer a transparent and hassle-free experience when shopping with us. Please read the following terms carefully before placing an order.
🧾 Order Cancellation
➤ Before Shipment:
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, or before the product is dispatched—whichever is earlier.

If the order is prepaid, the amount will be refunded within 3–5business days to your original payment method.
➤ After Shipment:
Once your order is shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
You may, however, initiate a return after receiving the product (conditions apply).
🔄 Return & Refund Policy
We offer returns or exchanges for products that are:
Damaged or defective
Wrong item delivered
Incorrect size (in case of footwear or clothing)
➤ Conditions for Return:
Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags, labels, and packaging intact.
Products such as undergarments, socks, and personalized items are non-returnable due to hygiene or customization factors.
➤ Refund Process:
Once we receive the returned item and it passes our quality check, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be credited to your original payment method (e.g., credit card, debit card, UPI, or bank account).
In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or UPI, and bank details must be provided.
🚫 Non-Eligible Items for Refund:
Used or washed products
Products without original tags or packaging
Customized or embroidered apparel
Items returned beyond the 7-day window
💼 Exchange Policy
We offer free exchanges for size-related issues once per order.
Exchange requests must meet the same eligibility criteria as returns.
Availability of the required size/product will be confirmed before exchange approval.
📦 Return Pickup & Charges
We arrange for reverse pickup from most pin codes.
If reverse pickup is not available in your area, you may need to ship the product to us manually.
In such cases, we will reimburse courier charges up to a specified amount (please contact our support for approval).
⚠️ Important Notes
Refunds are not applicable for items purchased on clearance or marked as “final sale.”
Refunds will only be processed after successful return inspection by our quality team.
Truecops reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the criteria outlined above.
